TecRep Inc. || Thermoplastic - Gas Injection Molding
Gas Injection Molding uses a partial shot of plastic and then high-pressure gas to finish filling the mold cavity with the plastic. This process gives designers flexibility they have not previously had in designing plastic parts and it also results in a lower cost and higher quality part.

China Injection Molding, Moldmaking, Stamping, Casting, Machining, Assembling by PRIM
According to National Association of Manufacturers, by taking advantage of low payroll costs, flexible workforce (in terms of almost infinite labor pool and motivated workers), improving logistics infrastructures, and reliable and high quality suppliers in China, U. S. companies are able to cut down overall product costs significantly, even after logistics costs and tariffs are factored i Although offshore manufacturing in China offers significant savings, companies need reliable Chinese manufacturers to realize those savings. PRIM Technology, LLC, a California corporation, was established to provide sales and project support to its sister company Jiangsu HENGTAI Electronics & Plastic Co., Ltd., located in Liyang, Jiangsu Province of China (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liyang). Together PRIM and HENGTAI offer full custom manufacturing service in designing, mold making, injection molding (plastic and metal), stamping, casting (sand casting, die casting and investment casting), machining, and assembling. Our facilities are ISO9001, ISO13485, and/or ISO/TS16949 certified correspondingly. Our sales representatives are industrial veterans with many years of experience in offshore manufacturing. Our project managers are mechanical engineers with solid background and experience in product design, manufacturing process, and on-time project delivery. We currently serve customers in consumer, industrial, automotive, and medical device industries and continue to improve quality strength to meet our customers' expectations and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Injection molding - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Injection molding machines, also known as presses, hold the molds in which the components are shaped. Presses are rated by tonnage, which expresses the amount of clamping force that the machine can generate. This pressure keeps the mold closed during the injection process. Tonnage can vary from less than 5 tons to 6000 tons, with the higher figures used in comparatively few manufacturing operations. Mold Mold (Tool and/or Mold) is the common term used to describe the production tooling used to produce plastic parts in molding. Traditionally, molds have been expensive to manufacture. They were usually only used in mass production where thousands of parts were being produced. Molds are typically constructed from hardened steel, pre-hardened steel, aluminium, and/or beryllium-copper alloy. The choice of material to build a mold is primarily one of economics. Steel molds generally cost more to construct, but their longer lifespan will offset the higher initial cost over a higher number of parts made before wearing out.
